This is pretty great. I wouldnt say it last 8 hours, but does the trick for a few. I just think it would not work as well for heavy coffee drinkers or cigarette smokers.

I had high hopes for these because bad breath from inside the gut is tough to deal with. I took one capsule after a garlic-heavy lunch and waited. It did help, but not like magic. The breath was better, but not totally clean. My wife still noticed something off after a few hours. It’s not instant either, takes at least 30 minutes to kick in. So if you're expecting a quick fix, this isn’t it.What annoys me is the aftertaste when the capsule breaks down. It leaves a weird oily feeling in the throat for a bit. Also, I burped a minty-garlic mix later, which kinda defeats the purpose. One pill doesn’t always last the full 8 hours. For me, it’s more like 4 or 5 max, especially if I eat or drink again. I tried doubling the dose once and it helped, but I’m not sure that’s safe long-term.Still, I’m not giving up on it. It’s better than gum or mints for covering up deeper breath issues. I use it before long meetings and it gives me some confidence. But it's not something I can fully trust to work every single time. For the price, it’s fine, just don’t expect a miracle cure.

I didn't know this product has "Neotame" (never heard of it) until after I ordered it. When I saw "Neotame" I looked it up. Prevention dot com says: "The study found that neotame exposure caused increased cell death and leakiness in the walls of the intestine. Researchers also determined that the artificial sweetener caused the usually harmless gut bacteria to begin acting in ways that could cause disease—such as forming into masses and adhering to and potentially invading cells of the intestinal lining."WHY IS THERE A "SWEETENER" IN A PRODUCT YOU SWALLOW WITH WATER AND NEVER TASTE?!This product should be banned.

My garlic breath would keep my poor wife awake. Not anymore! Italian dressing, garlic knots, or good meatballs are no match for my new best friend. Worth a try!!

Only need 3 and it does the job. No more nasty tasting burps with these. Great to use after a strong meal. Purchased to use prior to a dentist appointment. Did the job no embarrassing breath.
