I tried the 3 Ballerina Tea after seeing it all over TikTok, and wow it definitely works. It’s super strong, so I only drink it occasionally when I need a good cleanse or feel super bloated. Just a heads-up: start with a light brew (like steeping for 1-2 minutes) because it’s extra strength. I always make sure to drink lots of water with it. Not an everyday tea, but definitely part of my reset routine when I need a little detox boost.

Not too rough on the stomach. Great taste.

I was nervous so only took two big sips last night and already am having some tummy aches and went to the bathroom twice. It’s not bad, I still am having a casual chill day and getting things done so you don’t have to be like bedridden lol. I know you don’t want to hear this but drinking this tea does come with health risks ie contains lead, can cause you to lose important nutrients like potassium and calcium, and can effect natural bowel function so please have caution. I’ve already purchased it for the summer but i don’t intend to use this regularly or long term now that I know.
