great value for the price
These capsules are easy to swallow. The mint is not too strong. The only thing I did NOT like was the addition of thyme 20 mg. That is not enough to make a difference. It would have been better to increase the dosage of rosemary. The peppermint is really good though, even if taken on an empty stomach.

Bad taste
I really liked the TDN 200mg soft gels except you can feel it going down your throat. This pill tastes awful in your mouth, but it feels OK going down your throat.
