I love this rice cooker. This is the only way I make rice. Easy to use, can cook more than one type of rice, or oatmeal. You can steam with this as well. Small enough for cupboard storage. Makes perfect rice everytime.

Excellent rice cooker! I do not have any problems with steam or water coming out. It works perfectly! I love the porridge function, too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Woke up this morning, the timing reset itself to zero, I usually used only quick menu but today nothing worked. I couldn’t press start button, I could adjust timing but I couldn’t start the cooking. Meaning it’s broken. It’s done. I thought this would last years. Disappointed!

Just bought this from Costco for $50. Works great, except for cleaning purposes I didn't like that the top piece with the seal isnt removable.Otherwise great for money

Water comes out a lot, literally hot boiling water pouring out from the spout. Had to turn it off to stop this, made the puddle on my beautiful cabinet, destroying the surface!! I used so many Japanese made rice cooker, but this never happens to me. Something wrong with the product.
