I purchased this item because it is just a tracker. I refuse to test its waterproof ability - so I have no clue about that feature. It tracks a lot of stuff like sleep and heart rate and if you’re a woman it even tracks your ovulation… somehow… (I’m guessing by dates alone.) You can turn off all the alert features except when you get a phone call. I keep trying. I don’t like being tethered to my phone in any way, so this part is annoying. I’m not Pavlov’s dog. BUT, the small ish device functions the way I need it to. Download yet another app, that syncs with the iPhone health app and the Lose it! food tracker app too. It comes with two bands, Velcro and silicone. It’s relatively small in size. It operates as it should. The biggest issue is the tracking device is only connected to the band in one place, so it comes dislodged easily.

The biggest advantage of this bracelet is that it is small and lightweight, you can hardly feel its existence on your hand. Unlike some bracelets that are big and heavy, it is uncomfortable for your wrist after wearing it for a long time. Its sleep monitoring function does a great job, can clearly distinguish between deep sleep, light sleep and awake state, the data record is very detailed. When you look at the report in the morning, you can clearly know how the sleep quality was last night and whether you woke up frequently.

It provides detailed information about my sleep patterns, including deep sleep, light sleep, the time it takes to fall asleep, and the time I wake up.I particularly like the notification feature on this device; it vibrates whenever I receive a message on my phone. Additionally, it can track many other activities that aren't relevant to me. Overall, I am happy with it for my intended purpose.

This watch battery life is terrible and I don’t think the info on it is accurate at all. For the price I would’ve expected better very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend
