I got help from the bike store because it was hard to assemble. However, once assembled, it's a really nice bike. It looks great, is easy to handle, and has all the functions we need. It's both nice and convenient.

This bike is a ton of fun and very comfortable. The number of features on this bike (especially for the price) is unheard of. My two favorite features are the cruise control and the USB port so that I can charge my phone while riding. It's a pretty nice bike and a good way for people to get into e-bikes if they don't want to spend a lot of money while still having a fun, good-looking bike.

Purchased for my wife, bought another brand for myself (Heybike). Her's was less expensive, rides about the same, and has five pedal assist levels, (compared to three). The Heybike reports a few more miles of range and has a horn, as opposed to a bell. If I could do it over, I'd have bought her's (albeit in a different color).

Bike was packaged well and had a fair amount of assembly already done, which was a plus. But because some of the parts were pre-assembled the written step by step instructions did not match the actual assembly, which made it difficult to assemble. The back tire bike rack did not fit properly so it had to be forced to some degree. There were a couple steps that had to be done for assembly that were not included in the written instructions. Fortunately my spouse was doing the assembly and figured some of it on his own. Took about 1.5 hours to assemble.

I went to my local bike ship for an E- bike to buy. I was floored to find them costing thousands of dollars... I saw a Cannondale E bike for $4k- Then I found out they are made in China. OK- so I go on Amazon and see essentially the identical Bike for Hundreds not Thousands of dollars. I take the shot and saw the reviews of this bike. It arrived via FedEx within a week. The assembly of the bike took me about an hour or so- The instruction manual was well written to my surprise. I ve already put about 22 miles on the bike in just a couple days and am DELIGHTED with the Bike delivering on its advertised claims. PLUS the frame was aluminum and NOT Steel like the Cannondale. For the value you cant beat it, period!

This bike is beautiful and rides like a dream. I've never had an electric bike and I love it

We purchased 2 bikes and we enjoy riding them but be aware they may have several scratches and dented venders. We did not want to take the time to send them back so we thought touch up paint and replacement venders were the way to go. The response was slow and the paint was a totally wrong color. I finally gave up and will try and figure something out for myself. It's not the shipping, the boxes were good. It definitely happens when being packed.

Beautiful bike, fun to ride. There was scratches and some dented parts. They worked with us and should be sending replacements.
