One caution before buying. Please don't go by the kgs mentioned on the tube. They are much easier than they are mentioned on the specification. I have been able to use only the green and that too for biceps as these are too light for me. I would easily say people should go for the higher endurance values if they are seasoned gym goers. The greatest thing is you can do all the exercises with them. These would be great for women as they would find the stiffness to their liking. They very good quality and easy to use and store.

Very good product compared to dumbells. Eary to carry and is value for money. Durability is good and got a good toned body using it.

It slipped from one side and it is unable to push it in the slot , used multiple knots to fix it. Quality is not as per money charged

Loved this product. No need to have the fear of 'snapping' - good quality material. Best thing is - just looking at it motivates to do a small routine of workout. Had carried it during 2 trips and came very handy. I would recommend to buy it as a bundle so that you will get the door anchor as free. This door anchor will significantly raise the range of workouts one can do.

Well the product can't even serve the basic purpose. Taking pressure during Exercise !I purchased it on 29th Jan,2020. And it is broken during exercise on 22nd April, 2020.I am no body builder. Just a regular guy who does a simple workout.I workout 4 days a week for 30 minutes each day. So, if you calculate, this tube was not even able to survive 50 days OR you can say 25 hours.So, worst product for exercise. Don't buy at all.N guess what it is broken at a time, when i needed it most. During lockdown. I can't order another. I hope you can understand my agony and don't buy this product.To add to my agony, amazon is not allowing me to upload any images of damaged product.

Good quality product with very good quality handles. The stretch and resistance is ideal for varying workouts of back, chest, shoulders etc.Comes with doorhook. You can workout the same muscle group at varying angles for total workout by changing the placement of doorhook.

I was able to use it for only 2 days. Writing this review very late but it broke easily so not very durable.
