I love this vitamin. I have bee usi g it since before pregnancy and will be perfect for following pregnancy for breastfeeding It has everything you need and all natural sourcing including "Folate" not folic acid.

As a vegan I really liked the idea of taking one vitamin to cover all of the main bases when pregnant. However after take these for over three months i have now become anemic. These vitamins state they contact 14mg of iron which they state is 100% of the rda, this is correct for a non pregnant women. A pregnant women needs 27mg so this is very misleading and I wonder which of the other vitamins in here they state are 100% of the rda are actually not enough either!

These supplements do not have that horrid smells others do. Only need 1 a day. Not full of unnecessary ingredients.

Love that these include folate instead of folic acid and also have calcium. I take these along with a fish oil/DHA supplement and choline. Took ages of research to find a good one that didn’t cost the earth!

It's great they are vegan and Vegetology vitamins are high quality. However I took these no problem in my first pregnancy and for 2 years of breastfeeding, but by my second pregnancy the formula had been changed to contain iron which changed their smell to make me gag, and also made me unable to take them! Was very disappointed as they had been great the first time. Please remove the iron!!

The media could not be loaded. Im 24 weeks pregnant & currently taking prenatal supplements in a form of gummies. I saw this supplement here which has folate. Hence, I purchased this to try.Honestly, there are certain things of this product that I like. Firstly, its quality is remarkable, as it is both developed and manufactured in the UK. Unlike many other prenatal supplements available in the market, this one has natural folate instead of excessive unconverted folic acid, which is beneficial. Secondly, it contains added essential vitamins and minerals that are crucial. It does not only supports women before and during pregnancy, but it also continues to be effective throughout the breastfeeding period, making it a valuable 3 in 1 supplement. Lastly, it’s good for people with specific dietary requirements like vegetarians & with food allergies.Even though I really enjoyed using this supplement, I noticed that the tablets it contains are larger compared to other similar products. I have compared the size with my other prenatal tablet (see photo) and there is a slight difference. This might pose a challenge for individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Moreover, this has no DHA which is also essential for baby.All in all, this prenatal and postnatal supplement is excellent. I have been taking it without experiencing any negative effects. I highly recommend it because of its high quality, quantity, and cost-effectiveness. These vitamins whilst very good for you during your pregnancy journey in ensuring you are getting all the right vitamins, are quite large. Unfortunately my gag reflex can't handle these vitamins even when cut in half. If you don't have this problem them I would highly recommend them. They do however tend to stay stuck in my throat no matter how much water I drink.
