Not as advertised
The racks seem good quality, however advertised as 8x11 inches the are actually 8x11.5 inches. Not a huge difference unless you need them to fit into a roasting tray. They don't fit. Will keep them anyway as cooling racks. Disappointed.

Love these!
I actually bought these to help me with thawing frozen fish. They fit perfectly in a 9X13 baking dish, and the fillets sit on them allowing them to thaw and not sit in the run off. It works like a charm! They also fit perfectly on a half sheet pan.
