The unit doesn't create a vacuum, so you have to squeeze the air out of the tube nearly each time you try to get some toothpaste.It works, but if you need this as an accessibility tool, look elsewhere.**Update**I recently learned my child has twisted the ring on the top of the unit. Now that I corrected this the toothpaste is pulled and the unit operates without touching.

I bought this product to help my mother in law with her struggle over toothpaste tubes with arthritis and blindness but it was absolutely useless. First of all, the dispenser can NOT be adhered to the wall because the charger is at the back and sticks out further than the adhesive tape sheets. Also,the ON/OFF button is located behind the dispenser so you cant reach it if it is stuck to the wall??? Furthermore, it won't work if it is on the charger and doesn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. It's a complete waste of money. We tried to get it to charge for a week and it's a very poor design. It looks great but doesn't work worth $#!+ and it is going back. Buyer beware...this is total garbage.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining. It looks great in my bathroom, sticks to the tiles and is easy to use. Obviously like anything else you own, you have to eventually clean it. If you allow the toothpaste to build up over weeks of use then you will have a problem. battery shouldn’t die any time soon because I only use it twice a day.

I leave it sit on the counter so didn't rate adhesion or suction power. It didn't work when I received it. Finally figured out that, although it was supposed to be new, it already had toothpaste harden in it. Once I got it cleaned up, it was great. I will always have one of these.

The idea is there and I was so excited for this product to clean up our counter but it just doesn’t work consistently, even with multiple attempts to trouble shoot it we gave up and it’s messy since it doesn’t work consistently it distributes toothpaste either not at all of some or to much.

The product is useless, unable to get the paste to come out, when it does it all over the place.

Really disappointed with the inconsistency of the amount of toothpaste dispensed each time. A proper amount of toothpaste is dispensed only about 2 out of 10 times, and sometimes nothing is even dispensed. Worse yet, residual amounts of toothpaste build up at the bottom of the toothbrush compartment. I’ve had to wash out more toothpaste from the toothbrush compartment than the toothpaste that got on my toothbrush – what a waste of toothpaste. Returned it after 4 weeks.

This dispenser is amazing; especially for the price. Definitely beats the manual pump ones both in quality and aesthetics. The silicone connection allows the toothpaste tube to thread in with ease while keeping a good seal. The silicone dispenser dispenses a clean fold of paste which keeps things much cleaner than previous products I’ve purchased. The best part is how everything is modular so it makes cleaning it easy.

Muy bonito y practico, acrílico de protección de mala calidad y afecta la visión del sensor de presencia del cepillo, por lo cual ya no sirvió, solo fueron 3 meses de duración

La etiqueta para adherirlo a la pared, viene mal cortada y es difícil ponerla nivelada (derecha).No encaja del todo bien y el despachador "baila" y no queda fijo del todo.No lo volvería a comprar.
