Disappointed.
The description states these are made of cardboard paper. However it doesn't mention that the glitter is only on one side. Because of this, they look cheap and homemade. Not what I was looking for a special event.

Not happy with this product
When I got this product it was open in side the amazon package was wet and they were all stuck together and torn and the backs have what look like black mold on them. Very disappointed since they are supposed to go on cupcakes.
