Starflower Oil 1000mg 90 Capsules

So, I am almost 50 and I just started having the mother of all hot flushes. Literally sweat pouring off me onto my clothing. It has been quite humiliating as I never knew when these hot flushes would arrive. I started taking these, one a day. I missed a couple of days in between, but as soon as I started taking them regularly again, these sweat episodes have all but disappeared. I am not even waking up drenched in sweat anymore. Just seems too obvious to be a coincidence. It just makes me wonder why on earth we used to take prescribed pills when there are these other remedies. Would be interested to know if there are any side effects of taking these capsules long-term.I am delighted.

My GP suggested trying Starflower Oil for menopausal anxiety. So far I've noticed clearer skin, huge improvement in my quality of sleep ( I was sleeping 3 hours a night, now it's 7 hours), reduced pain in my shoulder which was inflamed and no anxiety! So far so good, really pleased. My daughter has started taking them for excema on her legs and that's improved too

Bought this to help with hot flushes. It did not if anything it made them worse. Multiple flushes during the day wake up every hour through the night sweating crazy. Since stopping theses I am sleeping through the night and have gone back to my regular supplements of D3, Zinc, Magnesium and high Vit C. May work for some menopausal women but just not me think it threw my body out of its natural process but was easy to get rebalanced in a few days. Only one hot flush in the morning now and that's it. Will stick with what is working for me, but doesn't mean this product is bad just not needed for me.

Superb quality starflower oil capsules which have completely stopped my mood swings - I feel on top of the world and bouncing with health and happiness. Completely recommend.

Received 90 capsules on 9 July (1 a day - so around a 3 month supply) and only realised the ‘best before end’ date was October 2021 once I had finished the pot and ordered the next batch of capsules. This only gave me a few weeks leeway to use them!! Why such a short shelf life??The next batch gives me 9 months to use them, which is better. I know it’s only a BBE date though all my other tablets run out of date in 2024!!
