My all time favorite! The hook for easy take off in the bottom are is the best. I can use the ladies room without taking all of the shape off. The hook also hide the fact I'm wearing a shaper. There is no "underwear" or panties line so people really cant tell im wearing a shaper. The comfort as always is great. I'm 5'3 and weight 135lbs. I ordered a large because I'm also 8 weeks pregnant( for the after birth body) but trying it on was bit loose. So ideally a medium would work best. I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this shaper. The fit is very comfortable not as restrictive as a waist trainer but still gives you great support. Very breathable and is seamless under clothing. I'm 5'4" 162lb and I got a large.

I had my husband order this for me as I needed a new shaper to work out in, as my other waist trainer was a little difficult to get into, let alone work out in my new baby bod. This is exactly true to size, I ordered mine in an XL. I was a little apprehensive about the thong style shaper but the other benefits blow this out of the water. I love that it let's you use your own bra, which is a must for nursing. It is also snug, yet comfortable, I had it on all day and forgot about it and I got compliments all day about how good I looked. I honestly, half expected to return this, I thought it would be one of those you get what you pay for type scenarios- absolutely not, I was impressed by the quality and fit. I would have paid double for this shaper and still believe I got a deal. JUST TRY IT ON!

1. The colour is good. Sewn well. Packaged well.2. It’s extremely long even after adjusting shoulder straps and hooks in crutch3. There’s a thick sewing at the “top of bikini area” that prints in fitted clothes, that makes it look like I’m wearing a “too small for me” underwear. Defeat whole purpose ...4. It doesn’t shape the body in any way, the material is thick but doesn’t do a good job in shaping...4. Waste of money5. I’m

Ok. I have been reading reviews and thought these would be great under a formal dress. I wear a size 20-22 and ordered a 5x....I couldn't even get them up.I think the people who design and make these must think 5x is a xL....Nothing like making a girl frustrated over sizing...I am off to shop in person at a store for shapewear.

So I literally tried on the garment as soon as it was delivered. I did it feet first and pulled it all the way up. I was pleased with the hold around my stomach and my back. I recently lost alot of weight and those areas are being stubborn. It gave me a smoothed out appearance. You def feel yourself being sucked in, but not uncomfortable. Remember with any shape wear, the most important thing is to get the right size. Def purchasing for my sisters and another one for myself. I can see myself wearing this daily with no issues.
